Half-Set Divination Beads - "River"

Half-Set Divination Beads - "River"
This listing is for one half-sized jar of “River” divination beads. These beads are not everyday craft beads but handmade clay and glass beads, abalone, jade, alligator and shark teeth, carabao bone, betel nut, and piloncitos (small beads of 18k gold similar to precolonial currency in parts of the Philippines and Southeast Asia).
There are many forms of folk divination. Nearly all of them require special, focused attention via a particular sense (like sight or sound) or a combination of senses. Bead divination requires a medium who uses sight for their magick. Mothers and grandmothers gifted with “sight” often used elements from their everyday lives to divine information from the other realms like keys, pins, jewelry, wooden children’s toys. One could also divine by gazing at the glistening pebbles at the bottom of a river.
This set is great for new practitioners who want a mini-set for travel, beginners study, or everyday use. All animal-derived items were sourced ethically and humanely. If you’d prefer a bead set that includes more bone and teeth, please see the listing for a full-sized “River” or “Swamp” set.
These specially chosen beads were enchanted and consecrated by Trinidad at the Dragon Mountain monastery in California under the full moon.
